Butterscotch fruit dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Chill.

Serve with cut up fruits – pears, apples, peaches, nectarines, bananas, etc.
